Poem 25-Solitude

Happy,calm,content,serenity dripping from his face
the world outside roaring,tranquility inside soaring
alone in that cottage at the countryside he was the sole creature
simple,silent,solitude his life was amidst that beautiful nature.

Responsibilities and a hectic schedule; sometimes you lose your cool.
Parents, friends and colleagues; sometimes you still miss your school.
Smokes and drinks, fun and frolic; sometimes you still feel the void.
Sometimes, solitude is all you desire; while other times, you need Pink Floyd.

Some go to the Himalayas to search for it,
While others have it in abundance and they detest it in every bit.
This is life's cruel joke. What one hates, the other desires,
But no one knows what all God transpires.

Its not a place, its not a thing to be achieved,
Its the inner you, Its in that deep introspection felt,
If you feel it it's tangible, the intangible as some people define,
Is it the reality in illusion or just a state of mind?
